שדה מחבירו ונטל מסיקין את מכת מדינה היא
אומ׳ אומר לו הרי שלך לפניך ואם מחמת גזלן חייב
ליתן לו שדה שטפה נהר אומ׳ אומר לו הרי שלך לפניך:
5 6 הגוזל את חבירו או שלוה הימנו או שהפקיד
לו ביישוב לא יחזיר לו במדבר על מנת לצאת
למדבר יחזיר לו במדבר : 7 האומ׳ האומר לחבירו גזלתיך
הלויתני הפקדת אצלי ואיני יודע אם החזרתיו
לך אם לאו חייב לשלם אבל אם אמ׳ אמר איני יודע
10אם גזלתיך אם הלויתני אם הפקדת׳ הפקדתה אצלי אם
לאו פטור מלשלם : 8 הגונב טלה מן העדר וה׳
והחזירו ומת או נגנב חייב באחריותו לא יד׳
ידעו בעלים לא בגניבה ולא בחזירתו ומנו את
