שלשה שאכלו כאחת חייבין לזמן אכל דמאי ומעש׳ ומעשר ראשון שניטלה תרומתו ומעשר שני והקדש שנפדו והשמש שאכל כזית והכותי 25 מזמנין עליהן. אבל אכל טבל ומעשר ראשון שלא ניטלה תרומתו ומעש׳ ומעשר שני והקדש שלא נפדו והשמש שאכל פחות מכזית והנכרי אין מזמנין עליהן׃
99952v 2מתני׳ מתניתא נשים ועבדים 25 וקטנים אין מזמנין עליהן עד כמה מזמנין עד כזית ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר עד כביצה.
99954r 5 3מתני׳ מתניתא כיצד מזמנין בשלשה או׳ אומר נברך. בג׳ בשלשה והוא או׳ אומר ברכו. בעשרה או׳ אומר נברך לאלהינו בי׳ בעשרה והוא או׳ אומר ברכו אלהינו. אחד עשרה ואחד עשרה רבוא. במאה או׳ אומר נברך לה׳ אלהינו. 10 במאה והוא או׳ אומר ברכו ה׳ אלהינו. באלף אומר נברך לה׳ אלהינו אלהי ישראל. באלף והוא אומר ברכו. ברבוא אומ׳ אומר נברך לה׳ אלהינו אלהי ישראל אלהי צבאות יושב הכרובים על המזון שאכלנו׃ ר׳ רבי יוסי הגלילי או׳ אומר לפי רוב הקהל הן מברכין 15 שנאמ׳ שנאמר במקהלות ברכו אלהים ה׳ ממקור ישר׳ ישראל ׃ א׳ר׳ אמר רבי עקיבא מה מצינו בבית הכנסת אחד מרובין ואחד מועטין או׳ אומר ברכו את ה׳. רבי ישמעאל אומר ברכו את ה׳ המבורך׃
99954v 35 4מתני׳ מתניתא שלשה שאכלו כאחת אינן רשאין ליחלק וכן ד׳ ארבעה וכן ה׳ חמשה . ששה נחלקין עד עשרה ועשרה אינן נחלקין עד שיהו עשרים.
5שתי חבורות שהיו אוכלות בבית אחד בזמן שמקצתן רואין אלו את אלו הרי אלו מצטרפין לזימון ואם לאו אלו מצטרפין לעצמן ואלו מצטרפין לעצמן. אין מברכין על היין עד שיתן לתוכו מים דברי ר׳ רבי אליעזר 2כמים או׳ אומרים 3 ׃
