הלוקח פירות ממי שאינו נאמן 15 על המעשרות ושכח מלעשרן שואלו בשבת ואוכל על פיו. חשכה מוצאי שבת לא יאכל עד שיעשר. לא מצאו ואמ׳ ואמר לו אחר שאינו נאמן על המעשרו׳ המעשרות מעושרין הן אוכל על פיו. חשכה מוצאי 20 שבת לא יאכל עד שיעשר.. 999 149v 25 מתני׳ מתניתא תרומת מעשר של דמאי שחזרה למקומה ר׳ רבי שמעון שזורי או׳ אומר אף בחול שואלו ואוכל על פיו.
999150v 10 2מתני׳ מתניתא . המדיר את חברו שיאכל אצלו והוא אינו מאמינו על המעשרות אוכל עמו בשבת הראשונה אע׳פ׳ אף על פי שאינו נאמן על המעשרות ובלבד שיאמר לו מעושרין 15 הן ובשבת שנייה א׳ע׳פ׳ אף על פי שהוא נודר הימנו הנייה לא יאכל עד שיעשר׃
9993מתני׳ מתניתא ר׳ רבי אליעזר או׳ אומר אין אדם צריך לקרות שם על מעש׳ מעשר עני של דמאי. וחכמים או׳ אומרים קורא שם ואינו צריך להפריש׃
999152r 4מתני׳ מתניתא מי שקרא שם לתרומת מעשר של דמאי ולמעשר עני של ודאי לא יטלם בשבת ואם הכהן או העני למודין לאכול אצלו יבואו 5 ויאכלו ובלבד שיודיעם.
999152v 5מתני׳ מתניתא האומ׳ האומר למי שאינו נאמן על המעשרות קח לי ממי שהו׳ שהוא נאמן וממי שהוא מעשר אינו נאמן.. מאיש פלוני הרי זה נאמן. הלך ליקח ממנו 153r ואמ׳ ואמר לו לא מצאתיו ולקחתי לך מאחר שהו׳ שהוא נאמן אינו נאמן׃
6הנכנס לעיר ואינו מכיר שם אדם וא׳ ואמר מי כאן נאמן מי כאן מעשר 5 ואמ׳ ואמר לו אחד אני איני נאמן איש פלוני נאמן הרי זה נאמן. הלך ולקח הימנו ואמר לו מי כאן מוכר ישן אמ׳ אמר לו מי ששלחך אצלי אע׳פ׳ אף על פי שהן כגומלין זה את זה הרי אלו נאמנין׃
999153v 7מתני׳ מתניתא החמרים שנכנסו לעיר אמ׳ אמר א׳ אחד מהן שלי חדש ושל 10 חברי ישן שלי אינו מתוקן ושל חברי מתוקן אין נאמנין ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר נאמנין.
