6רבן גמליאל או׳ אומר תמרות של תלתן ושל חרדל ושל פול הלבן חייבות במעשר. ר׳ רבי אליעזר או׳ אומר הצלף מתעשר תמרות 35 ואביונות וקפריסין. 2_230r ר׳ רבי עקיבא או׳ אומר אין מתעשר אלא אביונות בלבד מפני שהן פרי.
