9991.3_9r 3מתני׳ מתניתא ׃ המוציא פירות בדרך ונטלן לאכלן ונמלך להצניע לא יצניע עד שיעשר אם מתחיל׳ מתחילה נטלן בשביל שלא יאבדו 15 פטור כל דבר שאין אדם רשאי למוכרו דמאי לא ישלח לחבירו דמאי. רבי יוסי מתיר בודאי ובלבד שיודיענו׃
9991.3_9v 4מתני׳ מתניתא . לטוחן כותי או לטוחן עם הארץ בחזקתן 5 למעשרות ולשביעית לטוחן נכרי דמאי המפקיר פירותיו אצל הכותי ואצל עם הארץ בחזקתן למעשרות ולשביעית ואצל הנכרי כפירותיו ר׳׳שרבי שמעון אומר דמאי׃

9996מתני׳ מתניתא ׃ הנותן לחמותו מעשר את שהוא נותן לה ואת שהוא נוטל ממנה מפני שהיא חשודה לחלף את המתקלקל אמר רבי יהודה רוצה היא בתקנת בתה ובושה מחתנה. ומודה רבי יהודא בנותן לחמותי שביעית שאינה חשודה להתחלף ולהאכיל את 10 בתה שביעית׃
