7אין לוקחי׳ לוקחים עבדים וקרקעות ובהמה טמאה בכסף מעשר שני ואם לקח יאכל כנגדן אין מביאין קיני זבין וקיני זבות וקיני 20 יולדות מדמי מעשר שני ואם מביא יאכל כנגדן זה הכלל כל שהוא חוץ לאכילה ושתייה וסיכה מדמי מעשר שני יאכל כנגדן׃
