הלוקח פירות ממי שאינו נאמן על המעשרות ושכח לעשרן שואלו בשבת ואוכל על פיו 20 חשיכ׳ חשיכה מצאי שבת לא יאכל עד שיעשר תרומ׳ תרומת מעשר של דמאי שחזרה למקומה רבי שמעון השזורי אומר אף בחול שואלו ואוכל על פיו׃
9991.3_11v 5 2מתני׳ מתניתא ׃ המדיר את חבירו שיאכל אצלו והוא אינו מאמינו על המעשרו׳ המעשרות אוכל עמו בשב ׳ בשבת הראשונה אע׳׳פאף על פי שאינו נאמן על המעשרות בלבד שיאמר לו מעושרין הן ובשבת שניי׳ שנייה אע׳׳פאף על פי שהוא נודר ממנו הניי׳ הנייה לא יאכל עד שיעשר׃
9993מתני׳ מתניתא ׃ רבי אלעזר אומר אין אדם צריך לקרות שם על מעשר עני של דמאי וחכמים אומרים קורא שם ואין צריך להפרישו
4מי שקרא שם לתרומ׳ לתרומה מעשר 20 של דמאי ולמעשר עני של ודאי לא יטל׳ יטלם בשבת ואם היה כהן או עני למודים לוכל אצלו יבואו ויאכלו ובלבד שיודיעם׃
9991.3_12r 5מתני׳ מתניתא ׃ האומר למי שאינו נאמן על המעשרו׳ המעשרות קח לי ממי שהוא נאמן ומי שהוא מעשר אינו נאמן. מאיש פלוני הרי זה נאמן הלך ליקח ממנו אמר לו לא מצאתיו ולקחתי לך מאחר שהוא נאמן אינו נאמן׃
9996מתני׳ מתניתא ׃ הנכנס לעיר ואינו מכיר אדם שם ואמר מי כאן נאמן מי כאן מעשר אמר לו אדם אחד אני איני נאמן איש פלוני נאמן הרי זה נאמן הלך ליקח הימינו אמר להן מי כאן מוכר ישן אמר ליה מי ששלחך אצלי אע׳׳פאף על פי שהן כגומלין זה את זה הרי אילו נאמנים.
7החמרי׳ החמרים שנכנסו לעיר אמר אחד מהן שלי 20 חדש ושל חבירי ישן שלי אינו מתוקן ושל חבירי מתוקן אינן נאמנין רבי יהודה אומ׳ אומר נאמנין׃
