עוד אלא אפילו עבד ואפילו שפחה הרי אילו
נאמנין אף לפוסלה מכתובתה חמותה ובת
חמותה וצרתה ויבמתה ובת בעלה הרי אילו
נאמנין ולא לפוסלה מכתובתה אלא שלא
10 תשתה3 שהיה ברין ומה אם עדותה ראשונה
שאין אוסרתה איסור אינה מתקיימת בפחות
משנים עדות האחרונה שאוסרתה איסור
עולם אינו דין שלא תתקיים בפחות משנים
