  משלם קרן וחומש לכהנים ואשם למזבח שנ׳ שנאמר ואם אין לאיש גואל לה? שיב האשם אליו
  וכו׳ וכוליה היה מעלה את הכסף ואת האשם ומת הכסף ינתן לבניו והאשם ירעה עד
 10שיסתאב וימכר ויפלו דמיו לנדבה 12נתן את הכסף לאנשי משמר ומת אין היורשים

                          נתן את הכסף ליהויריב ואשם לידעיה יָצָאיצא אשם ליהויריב

 20אחר שהמביא גזלו עד שלא יביא אשמו יָצָאיצא אשמו עד שלא יביא גזלו לא יָצָאיצא
