 אומר לו תן לי את מעותי או תן לי מה שהונֵתָנִישהונתני :                                  
 

                5כמה תהא סלע חסרה ולא יהא בה אוניָיהאונייה ר׳ רבי מאיר אומר
 ארבעה אסרות מאִסָרמאסר לדינרר׳ רבי יהודה אומ׳ אומר ארבע פנדיונות מפונדיון
  לדינר ר׳ רבי שמעון אומ׳ אומר שמונה פונדיונות משני פנדיונין לדינר:            
 
                                                        6 עד מתי מותר להחזיר בכרכים
 10 עד כדי שיראה לשלחני ובכפרים עד ערבי שבתות אם היה מכירה
  אפילו לאחר שנים עשר חדש מקבלה הימנו אין לו עליו אלא תרעומת
  ונותנה למעשר שני ואינו חושש שאינה אלא נפש רעה:                    
 







            7 האונאה ארבעה כסף והטענה שתי כסף וההודייה שוה פרוטה
  חמש פרוטות הן ההודייה בשוה פרוטה והאשה מתקדשת בשוה פרוטה
