 5 שאין להם אונאה העבדים והשטרות והקרקעות וההקדישות אין בהן לא תשלומי
  כפל ולא תשלומי ארבעה וחמשה שומר חנם אינו נשבע ונושא שכר אינו משלם
  ר׳ רבי שמעון אומר קדשים שהוא חייב באחריותן יש להם הוניה ושאינו חייב
  באחריותן אין להם הוניה ר׳ רבי יהודה אומ׳ אומר אף המוכר ספר תורה ובהמה ומרגלית
  אין להם אונאה אמרו לו לא אמרו אלא את אלו:
