  עשירה אין ממשכנין אותה שנ׳ שנאמר ולא תחבול בגד אלמנה החובל את הרחים עובר
  בלא תעשה וחייב משום שני כלים שנ׳ שנאמר לא יחבל רחים ורכב ולא רחים ורכב בלבד
  אמרו אלא כל דבר שעושין בו אוכל נפש שנ׳ שנאמר כי נפש הוא חובל:

 101 הבית והעליה שלשנים שנפלו                                             שניהם חולקין
  בעצים ובאבנים ובעפר ורואין אלו אבנים ראויות להשתבר היה אחד מהן
  מכיר מקצת אבניו נוטלן ועולות לו מן החשבון:                              
 


                                                        2 הבית והעליה שלשנים נפחתה העליה
  ואין בעל הבית רוצה לתקן הרי בעל העליה יורד ודר למטן עד שיתקן לו את
  העליה ר׳ רבי יוסי אומר התחתון נותן את התקרה והעליון נותן את המעזבה:

  שלשנים שנפלו אמר בעל העליה לבעל הבית לבנותו והוא אינו רוצה הרי בעל
  העליה בונה את הבית ויושב בתוכו עד שיתן לו את כל יצאותיו ר׳ רבי יהודה אומר אף
  זה דר בתוך שלחברו צריך להעלות לו שכר אלא בעל העליה בונה את הבית ואת
  העליה ומקרה את העליה ויושב בבית עד שיתן לו יצאותיו:

              4 וכן בית הבד שהוא בנוי בסלע וגנה אחר על גביו ונפחת הרי בעל הגנה
