  שלעצים:                                                                                          
                                                              7 המוכר את העיר מכר
  בתים בורות שיחין ומערות מרחצאות ושובכות בית הבדים ובית השלח ˚ים אבל
 5 לא את המטלטלין ובזמן שאמר לו היא וכל מה שבתוכה אפילו היו בה בהמה ועבדים
  הרי כולם מכורים רבן שמעון בן גמליאלאומר המוכר את העיר מכר את הַסַנְטֵרהסנטר :
 
                                                                          8 המוכר את השדה
  מכר את האבנים שהן לצרכה ואת הקנים שבכרם שהן לצרכו ואת התבואה
 10 שהיא מחוברת לקרקע ואת מחיצת הקנים שהיא פחותה מבית רובע ואת
  השומֵירָההשומירה שאינה עשויה בטיט ואת החרוב שאינו מורכב ואת בתולת שקמה
  9אבל לא מכר לא את האבנים שאינן לצרכה ולא את הקנים שבכרם שאינן
  לצרכו ולא את התבואה שהיא תלושה מן הקרקע ובזמן שאמר לו היא וכל
  מה שבתוכה הרי כולם מכורים בין כך ובין כך לא מכר לא את מחיצת הקנים
 15 שהיא בית רובע ולא את השומרה העשויה בטיט ולא את החרוב המורכב ולא

  ולא את השובך בין חרבים ובין שלמים וצריך לקח לו דרך דברי . עק יבה וחכמ׳ וחכמים
  אומרין אינו צריך ליקח לו דרך מודה ר׳ רבי עקיבה בזמן שאמר לו חוץ מאלו שאין
  צריך ליקח לו דרך מכרן לאחר ר׳ רבי עקיבה אומר אינו צריך ליקח לו דרך וחכמים
  אומרין צריך ליקח לו דרך במה דברים אמורים במוכר אבל בנותן מתנה נתן
 25 את כולם האחים שחלקו זכו בשדה זכו בכולם המחזיק בנכסי הגר החזיק כל
  שהוא החזיק בכולם המקדיש את השדה הקדיש את כולם ר׳ רבי שמעון אומר המק׳
  המקדיש את השדה לא הקדיש אלא את החרוב המורכב ואת סדן השקמה:
