  המשכיר חייב בדלת ובנגר ובמנעול ובכל דבר שהוא מעשה אומן אבל דבר
  שאינו מעשה אומן השוכר עושהו והזבל שלבעל הבית אין לשוכר היוצא מן
  התנור ומן הכירים בלבד:

  לשנה נתעברה השנה נתעברה לשוכר השכיר לו לחדשים ונתעברה השנה
  נתעברה למשכיר מעשה בציפורין באחד ששכר מרחץ לחברו בשנים עשר
  זהב לשנה בדינר זהב לחודש ובא מעשה לפני רבן שמעון בן גמליאל ולפני ר׳ רבי יוסי ואמרו
  יחלקו את חודש העיבור:
