  מכר לו את השדה ואמר לו אם מעכשיו אתה נותן לי הרי היא לך באלף זוז
  ואם לגורן בשנים עשר מנה אסור:                                            
 

                                                                      3 מכר לו את השדה ונתן
  לו מקצת דמים ואמר לו אמתי שתרצה הבא מעות וטול את שלך אסור
  הלוהו על שדהו ואמר לו אם אין אתה נותן לי מיכאן ועד שלש שנים הרי היא
 שלי הרי היא שלו כך היה בֵיתוֹסביתוס בן זונין עושה על פי חכמים:

                                                    4 אין מושיבין את החנוני למחצית
 15 שכר לא יתן לו מעות ליקח בהן פירות למחצית שכר אלא אם כן נתן שכרו
  כַפּוֹעֵלכפועל בטל אין מושיבין תרנגלין למחצה ואין שמין עגלים וסיָיחִיםוסייחים למחצה
  אלא אם כן נתן לו שכר עמלו ומזונו אבל מקבלים עגלים וסייחים למחצה
 ומגדלין אותן עד שיהוא שְלַשִיםשלשים וחמור עד שתהא טו ? ע נת:
