  ככר לחברתה עד שתעשנו דמים שמא יוקרו חטים ונמצאו באות לידי רבית:
 
                                                              10 אומר אדם לחברו נכש
 5 עמי ואנכש עמך עדור עמי ואעדור עמך אבל לא יאמר נכש עמי ואעדור
  עמך עדור עמי ואנכש עמך כל ימי גריד אחד כל ימי רביעה אחת לא יאמר
  לו חרוש עמי בגריד ואני עמך ברביעה:                                            
 

              רבן גמליאל אומר יש רבית מוקדמת ויש רבית מאוחרת כיצד
  נתן את עיניו ללוות ממנו היה משליח לו ואמר בשביל שילוני זו היא רבית
  מוקדמת לוה הימנו והחזיר לו מעותיו היה משליח ואמר בשביל מעותיו
  שהיו בטלות אצלי זו היא רבית מאוחרת ר׳ רבי שמעון אומר יש רבית דברים לא
  יאמר לו דע אם בא איש פלוני ממקום פלוני:

11 ואלו עוברין בלא תעשה המלוה והלווה והערב והעדים וחכמים אומרין אף הסופר
  עוברין על בל תתן לו ועל בל תקח ממנו ועל לא תהה לו כנושה ולא תשימון

  לכלה או למת פועלין לעלות פשתנו מן המשרה וכל דבר שהוא אבד וחזרו
 25בהן מקום שאין אדם שוכר עליהן או מַטְעַןמטען :                                            
 



                                  2 השוכר את האומנין וחזרו בהן ידם לתחתונה ואם
