  חמורו ונתנו לו חמור אחר ליסטין את כסותו ונתנו לו כסות אחרת הרי אלו שלו
  מפני שהבעלים מתיאשין מהן המציל מיד הגייס מיד הנהר ומיד הלסטין אם
  נתיאשו הבעלים הרי אלו שלו וכן נחיל שלדבורים אם נתיאשו הבעלים הרי אלו
 10 שלו אמ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי יוחנן בן ברוקה נאמנת אשה וכן קטן לומר מיכאן יצא נחיל זה ומהלך
  בתוך שדהו ונוטל את נחילו ואם הזיק משלם מה שהזיק אבל לא יקוץ את הסוכה
  על מנת ליתן דמים רבי ישמעאל בנו שלר׳ שלרבי יוחנן בן ברוקה אומ׳ אומר קוצץ ונותן דמים:
 


3 המכיר את כליו או ספריו ביד אחר אם יצא לו שם גנבה בעיר ישבע כמה הוציא
