                                              5 מי שיש לו בור לפנים מביתו שלחברו
  נכנס בשעה שדרך בני אדם נכנסין ויוצא בשעה שדרך בני אדם יוצאין ואינו
 10 מכניס את בהמתו ומשקה מבורו  . לא ממלא ומשקה מבחוץ זה עושה לו פותחת

  6 מי שיש לו גנה לפנים מגנתו שלחברו נכנס בשעה שדרך בני אדם נכנסין ויוצא
  בשעה שדרך בני אדם יוצאין ואינו מכניס לתוכה תגרין לא יכנס מתוכה לתוך
  שדה אחרת והחיצון זורע את הדרך נתנו לו דרך מן הצד מדעת שניהם נכנס
 15 בשעה שהוא רוצה ויוצא בשעה שהוא רוצה ומכניס לתוכה תגרין ולא יכנס ממנה
  לתוך שדה אחרת וזה וזה אין רשאין לזרעה:

  שבעה ורחבן ששה ר׳ רבי שמעון אומר עושה תוכה שלמערה שמונה על שמונה שש ופותח
  לתוכה שלשה עשר כוך ארבעה מיכן וארבעה מיכאן ושלשה מכנגדן ושנים
  אחד מימין הפתח ואחד מן השמאל ועושה חצר על פתח המערה שש על שש
