  אינו צריך ליקח לו דרך מודה ר׳ רבי עקיבה בזמן שאמר לו חוץ מאלו שאין צריך
  ליקח לו דרך מכרן לאחר ר׳ רבי עקיבה אומר אינו צריך ליקח לו דרך וחכמים

 15 את הבית מכר את הדלת אבל לא המפתח מכר את המכתשת הקבועה אבל
  לא את המטלטלת מכר את האצטרוביל אבל לא את הקלת מכר תנור וכירים
  ובזמן שאמר לו הוא וכל מה שבתוכו הרי כולם מכורים:

  ומערות אבל לא את המטלטלים בזמן שאמר לו היא וכל מה שבתוכה הרי כולם
