  לא יזרענה פשתן ואין לו קורת שקמה קבלה ממנו לשבע שנים זורעה בשנה
 10 הראשונה פשתן ויש לו קורת שקמה:

  שבע שנים בשבע מאות דינר אין השביעית מן המנין שבוע אחד בשבע מאות

 אינו עובר עליו הִמְחָהוּהמחהו אצל החנוני ואצל השלחני אינו עובר עליו השכיר
  נשבע בזמנו ונוטל עבר זמנו אינו נשבע ונוטל ואם יש עדים שתבעו בזמנו הרי
