  כתחלה ולא יקרא אחר עמו מצא כסות מנערה אחת לשלשים יום שוטחה לצרכה
 אבל לא לכבודו כלי כסף וכלי נחשת ישתמש בהן צרכן אבל לא לשַחֲקָןלשחקן כלי זהב
  וכלי זכוכית לא יגע בהן עד שיבוא אליהו מצא שק או קופה אם אין דרכו ליטול
 5 הרי זה לא יטול:                                                                          
 



                                                                    9 אי זו היא אבדה מצא
  חמור ופרה רועים בדרך אין זו אבדה חמור וכליו הפוכים ופרה רצה בין הכרמים
  הרי זו אבדה החזירה וברחה החזירה וברחה אפילו ארבעה וחמשה פעמים
  חייב להחזיר שנ׳ שנאמר השב תשיבנו לו היה בטל מן הסלע לא יאמר לו תן לי סלעי אלא
  נותן לו שכרו כפועל אם יש שם בית דין מתנה עמו בפני בית דין ואם אין שם
