                      7 שני אחים אחד עני ואחד עשיר הניח להם אביהם מרחץ ובי ם ת
  הבד עשאן לשכר השכר לאמצע עשאן לעצמו הרי העשיר אומר לעני קח לך עבדים
 5 וירחצו בבית המרחץ קח לך זיתים ובוא ועשם בבית הבד שנים שהיו בעיר שם אחד
  יוסי בן שמעון ושם אחד יוסי בן שמעון אינן יכולין להוציא שטר חוב זה על זה ולא
  אחר יכול להוציא עליהן שטר חוב נמצא לאחד בין שטרותיו שטרו של יוסף בן שמעון
  פרוע שטרות שניהם פרועים כיצד יעשו ישלשו אם היו משולשין יכתוב סימן אם
  היו מסומנין יכתוב כהן. ואם היו שניהם כוהנים יכתוב דורות. האומר לבנו שטר בין
 10 שטרותי פרוע ואיני יודע אי זה הוא שטרות כולם פרועים נמצא לאחד שsם
  שנים הגדול פרוע והקטן אינו פרוע:
                            המלוה את חברו על ידי ערב לא יפרע מן הערב תחלה ˚
  אם אמר על מנת שאפרע ממי שארצה יפרע מן הערב רבן שמעון בן גמליאל
  אומר אם יש נכסים ללוה בין כך ובין כך לא יפרע מן הערב כיוצא בו אמר רבן
 15 שמעון בן גמליאל הערב לאשה בכתובתה והיה בעלה מגרשה ידיר הנייה שמא
  יעשו קנוניא על נכסיו של זה ויחזיר את אשתו:                                        
 








                                              8 המלוה את חברו בשטר גובה מנכסים
  משועבדין על ידי עדים גובה מנכסים בני חורין הוציא עליו כתב ידו שהוא חייב
 לו גובה מנכסים בני חורין הערב שהוא יוצא אחר חִתוּםחתום שטרות גובה מנכסים
  בני חורין מעשה בא לפני ר׳ רבי ישמעאל ואמר גובה מנכסים בני חורין אמר לו בן נָנַסננס
 30 אינו גובה לא מנכסים משועבדין ולא מנכסים בני חורין אמר לו למה אמר לו הרי
  החונק את אחד בשוק אמר לו הנח ואני נותן לך פטור שלא על אמנתו הלווהו אי זה
