  שיש להם עדים חולקין שלא בשבועה:                                                      
 

                                           3 היה רוכב על גבי בהמה ראה את המציאה
  ואמר לחברו תנה לי נטלה ואמר אני זכיתי בה זכה בה אם משנתנה לו אמר
  אני זכיתי בה בתחלה לא אמר כלום:

 10 ונפל לו עליה ובא אחר והחזיק בה זה שהחזיק בה זכה בה ראה אותם רצים אחר
 המציאה אחר צבי שבור ואחר גוזלות שלא פִרֵחופרחו ואמר זכת לי שדי זכת לו
  היה צבי רץ כדרכו או שהיו הגוזלות מפרחין ואמר זכת לי שדי לא אמר כלום:
