  הגוזל שדה ונטלוה מציקין אם מכת מדינה
  היא אומ׳ אומר לו הרי שלך לפניך ואם מחמת הגזלן
  חייב להעמיד לו שדה שטפה נהר. אומ׳ אומר לו

                  הגוזל את חבירו או שלוה ממנו
