ארבעה כסף מעשרים כסף לסלע שתות למקח
עד אימתי מותר להחזיר עד כדי שיראה לתגר
או לקרובו. הורה ר׳ רבי טרפון בלוד האונאה שמנה
כסף לסלע שליש למקח שמחו תגרי לוד. אמ׳ אמר
30 להם מותר להחזיר כל היום אמרו יניח לנו ר׳ רבי טרפו׳ טרפון
מקומנו וחזרו לדברי חכמים:
4 ד׳
אחד הלוקח ואחד המוכר יש להן אונאה כשם
שאונאה להדיוט כך אונאה לתגר ר׳ רבי יהודה אומ׳ אומר
אין אונאה לתגר מי שהוטל עליו ידו לעליונה
45 רצה אומ׳ אומר לו תן לי את מעותי או תן לי מה ש
