30 שילחה ביד בני ביד עבדי ביד שלוחי או ביד
בנך ביד עבדך ביד שלוחך ואמ׳ ואמר לו השואל
שלח ושלחה ומתה חייב וכן בשעה שהוא
מחזירה:

המחליף פרה בחמור וילדה
וכן המוכר שפחתו וילדה זה אומ׳ אומר עד שלא
מכרתי וזה אומ׳ אומר משלקחתי יחלוקו. היו לו ?
