1אילו דברי׳ דברים שבין בית שמאי ובית הלל בסעודה. בית שמאי
20 אומרי׳ אומרים מברך על היו׳ היום ואחר כך מברך על היין. ובית
הלל אומרי׳ אומרים מברך על היין ואח׳ ואחר כך מברך על היום.
2 בית שמאי אומרי׳ אומרים נוטלין לידים ואחר כך מוזגין את הכוס. ובית הלל אומרי׳ אומרים
מוזגין הכוס תחילה ואחר כך נוטלין לידים. 3 בית שמאי מקנח ידיו במפה ומניחה
על השולחן. ובית הלל אומרי׳ אומרים על הכסת. 4 בית שמאי אומרי׳ אומרים מכבדין את הבית
25 ואחר כך נוטלין לידים. ובית הלל אומר נוטלין לידים ואחר כך מכבדין את
הבי׳ הבית . 5 בית שמאי אומרי׳ אומרים נר ומזון בשמים והבדלה. ובית הלל אומר נר ובשמים
ומזון והבדלה. בית שמאי אומרי׳ אומרים שברא מאור האש. ובית הלל אומרי׳ אומרים בורא
מאורי האש. 6 אין מברכין על הנר ועל הבשמים של גוים ועל הנר ועל הבשמים
של מתים ועל הנר ועל הבשמים שלפני עבודה זרה. ואין מברכין על הנר עד
30 שייאותו לאורו. 7 מי שאכל ושכח ולא בירך בית שמאי אומר יחזור למקומו
ויברך. ובית הלל אומרי׳ אומרים יברך במקום שנזכר. ועד מתי מברך עד כדי שיתאכל
המזון שבמיעיו. 8 בא להן יין אחר המזון ואין שם אלא אותו הכוס בית שמאי
אומרי׳ אומרים מברך על היין ואחר כך מברך על המזון. ובית הלל אומרי׳ אומרים מברך על
המזון ואחר כך מברך על היין. עונין אמן אחר ישראל מברך. ואין עונין
35 אמן אחר כותי מברך עד שישמע כל הברכה׃
