ביחידים מבמרובים שהיחידים בסקילה לפיכך ממונן פלט. והמרובין בסייף

אובדין ושבחוצה לה פליטין. ושל רשעים בין מתוכה בין מחוצה לה אובדין.
6 ט׳ ואת כל שללה תקבץ אל תוך רחבה. אם אין לה רחוב עושין
לה רחוב. היה רחובה חוצה לה כונסין אותה לתוכה שנאמר אל תוך רחובה
ושרפת באש את העיר ואת כל שללה. שללה לא שלל שמים. מיכן אמרו
10 ההקדישות שבתוכה ייפדו ותרומות יירקבו. ומעשר שני וכתבי הקודש יגנזו.
י׳ כליל ליי׳ אלהיך. אמר רבי שמעון אם אתה עושה דין בעיר
הנידחת מעלה אני עליך כאילו אתה מעלה עולה כליל לפני. והיתה תל עולם
לא תבנה עוד. לא תיעשה אפילו גנות ופרדסים דברי רבי יוסי הגלילי. רבי
עקיבה אומר לא תבנה עוד. לכמות שהיתה אינה נבנית. אבל נעשית היא
15 גנות ופרדיסים. יא׳ ולא ידבק בידך מאומה מן החרם למען ישוב
יי׳ מחרון אפו ונתן לך רחמים ורחמך והרבך וגו׳ וגומר . כל זמן שהרשעים בעולם
חרון אף בעולם. אבדו רשעים מן העולם נסתלק חרון אף מן העולם׃
