קדשי׳ קדשים שהו׳ שהוא חייב באחריותן יש להן הונייה ושאינו חייב באחריותן אין להן הונייה.
ר׳ רבי יהודה או׳ אומר אף ספר תורה ובהמה ומרגלית אין להן הונייה. אמרו לו לא אמרו
אלא את אילו. 10 ט׳ כשם שהונייה במקח ובממכר כך הונייה בדברים

לערב. רבי יהודה אומר לא יחלק החנווני קליות ואגוזים לתינוקות מפני שהוא
15 מרגילן לבוא אצלו. וחכמים מתירין. ולא יפחות את השער. וחכמים אומרים
זכור לטוב. לא יבור את הגריסין כדברי אבא שאול וחכמים מתירין. ומודין
שלא יבור על פי המגור׳ המגורה שאינו אלא כגונב את העין. אין מפרקסי׳ מפרקסים לא את האדם
ולא את הבהמה ולא את הכלים׃
