ידיעות הטומאה שתים שהן ארבע ניטמא וידע ונעלמה ממנו טומאה וזכור לקודש. נעלם ממנו קודש וזכור 40 לטומאה נעלמו ממנו זה וזה. אכל את הקודש ולא ידע ומשאכל ידע הרי זה בעולה ויורד. ב׳ ניטמא וידע נעלמה ממנו הטומא׳ הטומאה וזכור למקדש נעלם ממנו מקדש וזכור לטומאה נעלמו ממנו זה וזה נכנס למקדש ולא ידע ומשיצא ידע הרי זה בעולה ויורד.
2ג׳ אחד נכנס לעזרה ואחד נכנס לתוספת עזרה שאין מוסיפין על העיר ועל העזרו׳ העזרות אלא במלך 45 ונביא ובאורים ותומים ובסנהדרין של שבעים ואחד ובשתי תודות ובשיר ובית דין מהלכין ושתי תודות אחריהן הפנימית נאכלת והחיצונה נשרפת. כל שלא נעשית בכל אילו הנכנס לשם אין חייבין עליה.
3ד׳ נטמא בעזרה נעלמה ממנו הטומאה וזכור למקדש נעלם ממנו המקדש וזכור לטומאה. נעלם ממנו זה וזה. השתחוה או ששהא כדי השתחויה ובא לו בארוכה חייב 50 ובקצרה פטור זו היא מצות עשה שבמקדש שאין חייבין עליה.
4ה׳ אי זו היא מצות עשה שבנידה שחייבין עליה היה משמש עם הטהורה ואמרה לו ניטמתי ופירש מיד שיציאתו הנייה לו כביאתו.
5ו׳ רבי ליעזר אומר השרץ ונעלם ממנו. על העלם השרץ הוא חייב ואינו חייב על העלם מקדש. רבי עקיבה אומר ונעלם ממנו והוא טמא. על העלם הטומאה הוא חייב אינו חייב 55 על העלם המקדש. רבי ישמעאל אומר ונעלם ממנו ונעלם ממנו שני פעמים לחייב על העלם הטומאה ועל העלם המקדש׃
