1שלש ארצו׳ ארצות לשביעית כל שהחזיקו עולי בבל מן גזיב ועד
ארץ ישראל לא נאכל ולא נעבוד. כל שהחזיקו
עולי מצרים מגזיב ועד הנהר ועד אמנה נאכל אבל
5 לא נעבד. מן הנהר ומאמנה ולפנים נאכל ונעבד. 2 ב׳ עושין בתלוש
בסוריא אבל לא במחובר. דשים וזורים ודורכים ומעמרין אבל לא קוצרים
ולא בוצרין ולא מוסקין. כלל אמר רבי עקיבה כל שכיוצא בו מותר בארץ
עושין אותו בסוריא. 3 ג׳ בצלים שירדו עליהן גשמים וצימחו אם
היו העלין שלהן שחורים אסורין. הוריקו הרי אילו מותרין. רבי חנינה בן
10 אנטיגנס אומ׳ אומר אם אינן יכולין להיתלש בעלין שלהן אסורין כנג׳ כנגד כן מוצאי שביעית
מותרין. 4 ד׳ מאימתי מותר אדם ליקח ירק במוצאי שביעית
משיעשה כיוצא בו. עשה הבכיר התיר האפל. רבי התיר ליקח ירק מוצאי
שביעית מיד. 5 ה׳ אין מוציאין שמן שריפה ופירות שביעית מהארץ
לחוצה לארץ. אמר רבי שמעתי בפירוש שמוציאין לסוריא ואין מוציאין חוצה
15 לארץ. 6 ו׳ אין מביאין תרומה מחוצה לארץ לארץ. אמר רבי
שמעתי בפירוש שמוציאין מסוריא ואין מביאין מחוצה לארץ׃
