65 כך הוא מוציא כרמיזה. פיקח שנשא פיקחת ונתחרשה אם רצה יוציא ואם רצה
יקיים. נשטתתה לא יוציא. נתחרש או נשטה לא יוציא עולמית. ב׳ אמ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי
יוחנן בן נורי וכי מפני מה האשה שנתחרשה יוציא והאיש המתחרש אינו מוציא.
אמרו לו לא דומה האיש המגרש לאשה המתגרשת שהאש׳ שהאשה יוצא׳ יוצאה לרצונה ושלא
5 לרצונה והאיש אינו מוציא אלא לרצונו. 2 ג׳ העיד רבי יוחנן בן גודגדא על
החרשת שהישיאה אביה שהיא יוצאה בגט. אמרו לו אף זו כיוצא בה. 3 ד׳
שני אחים חרשים נשואים לשתי אחיות חרשות או לשתי אחיות אחת חרשת
ואחת פיקחת נשואות לשני אחין פקחין לשני אחין חרשין. לשני אחין אחד חרש
ואחד פיקח. הרי אילו פטורין מן החליצ׳ החליצה ומן הייבום אם היו נכריו׳ נכריות יחלוצו אם רצו
10 להוציא יוציאו. 4 ה׳ שני אחין אחד חרש ואחד פיקח נשואין לשתי אחיו׳ אחיות פקחו׳ פקחות
מת חרש בעל פיקחת מה יעשה חרש בעל פיקחת מוציא אתתו אש בגט ואשת
אחיו אסור׳ אסורה לעולם. ו׳ שני אחים פקחין נשואין לשתי אחיות אחת חרשת
