1הנושא את האשה ופסקה עמו שיזון את בתה חמש
שנים חייב לזונה ה׳ חמש שנים. נישאת לאחר

15 חייב לזונה חמש שנים. לא יאמר הראשון לכשתבוא אצלי אזונה אלא מוליך
מזונותיה למקום שהיא. וכן לא יאמרו שניהן הרי אנו זנין אותה כאחד אלא אחד
זנה ואחד נותן לה דמי מזונות. 2 ב׳ ניסית הבת הבעל חייב במזונותיה
ואין נותנין לה דמי מזונות. מתו בנותיהן ניזונות מנכסין בני חורין והיא ניזונת
מנכסין משועבדין מפני שהיא כבעלת חוב. הפיקחין היו כותבין על מנת שאזון
20 את בתך חמש שנים כל זמן שאת עמי. 3 ג׳ אלמנה שאמרה אי איפשי
לזוז מבית בעלי אין היורשין יכולין לומ׳ לומר לה לכי לבית אביך ואנו זנין אותך שם.
אלא זנין אותה ונותנין לה מדור לפי כבודה. ד׳ אמרה אי איפשי
לזוז לבית אבא יכולים היורשין לומר לה אם את אצלינו יש לך מזונות ואם אין
את אצלינו אין לך מזונות. ואם היתה טוענת ואומרת מפני שהיא ילדה והן
25 ילדים נותנין לה מזונות והיא בבית אביה. 4 ה׳ כל זמן שהיא בבית אביה
גובה כתובתה לעולם. כל זמן שהיא בבית בעלה גובה כתובתה עד עשרים
וחמש שנים שיש בעשרים וחמש שנים שתעשה טובה כנגד כתובתה דברי רבי
מאיר שאמר משום רבן גמליאל. וחכמים אומרים כל זמן שהיא בבית בעלה
גובה כתובתה לעולם. כל זמן שהיא בבית אביה גובה כתובתה עד עשרים
30 וחמש שנה. מתה יורשיה מוכרין כתובתה עד עשרים וחמש שנים.
