אילו דברים שאין להן שיעור הפיאה והבכורים והראיון וגמילו׳ וגמילות חסדי׳ חסדים ותלמוד תורה. אילו דברים שאדם אוכל מפירותיהן בעולם הזה והקרן קיימת לו לעולם הבא 15 כיבוד אב ואם וגמילות חסדים והבאת שלום בין אדם לחבירו ותלמוד תורה כנגד כולן.
2ב אין פוחתין לפיאה מששים אף על פי שאמרו אין לפיאה שיעור הכל לפי גודל השדה ולפי העניים ולפי הענוה.
3ג נותנין פיאה מתחילת השדה ומאמצעה. רבי שמעון אומר ובלבד שיתן בסוף כשיעור. רבי יהודה אומר אם שייר קלח אחד סומך לו משום פיאה. ואם לאו אינו נותן 20 אלא משום הבקר.
4ד כלל אמרו בפיאה כל שהוא אוכל ונשמר וגידוליו מן הארץ ולקיטתו כאחת ומכנסו לקיום חייב בפיאה והתבואה והקטנית בכלל הזה.
5ה ובאילן האוג והחרובין האגוזים והשקידים הגפנים והרימונים הזתים והתמרי׳ והתמרים חייבין בפיאה.
6ו לעולם הוא נותן משום פיאה ופטור מן המעשרות עד שימרח ונוטל מן הגורן וזורע ופטור מן המעשרו׳ המעשרות 25 עד שימרח ומאכיל לבהמה לחיה ולעופות ופטור מן המעשרו׳ המעשרות עד שימרח דברי רבי עקיבה. כהן ולוי שלקחו את הגורן והמעשרות שלהן עד שימרחו. המקדיש ופודה חייב במעשרות עד שימרח הגיזבר׃
