1כהן משיח שחטא ואחר כך עבר ממשיחותו. וכן נשיא שחטא
ואחר כך עבר מגדולתו כהן משיח מביא פר. והנשיא
מביא שעיר. 2 ב׳ כהן משיח שעבר ממשיחותו
5 ואחר כך חטא. וכן הנשיא שעבר מגדולתו ואחר כך חטא. כהן משיח מביא
פר והנשיא כהדיוט. 3 ג׳ חטאו עד שלא נתמנו ואחר כך נתמנו הרי
אילו כהדיוט. רבי שמעון אומר אם נודע להם עד שלא נתמנו חייבין ומשנתמנו
פטורין. ואי זה הוא הנשיא זה המלך. שנאמר ועשה אחת מכל מצות יי׳
אלהיו. נשיא שאין על גביו אלא יי׳ אלהיו. 4ואי זה הוא המשיח זה המשוח
10 בשמן המשחה ולא המרובה בגדים. אין בין הכהן המשוח בשמן המשחה למרובה
בגדים אלא פר הבא על כל המצות. ואין בין הכהן המשמש לכהן שעבר אלא
פר יום הכיפורים ועשירית האיפה. ד׳ זה וזה שוין בעבודת יום
הכיפורים ומצווים על הבתולה ואסורין על האלמנה ואינן מיטמין בקרוביהן ולא
פורעין ולא פורמין ומחזירין את הרוצח. 5 ו׳ כהן גדול פורם
15 מלמטן וההדיוט מלמעלן. כהן גדול מקריב אונן ואינו אוכל וההדיוט לא מקריב
ולא אוכל. 6 ז׳ כל התדיר מחבירו קודם את חבירו. וכל המקודש
מחבירו קודם את חבירו. פר המשיח ופר העדה עומדין. פר המשיח קודם
לפר העדה בכל מעשיו. 7 ח׳ האיש קודם להחיות ולהשיב אבידה.
והאשה קודמת לאיש לכסות ולהוציאה מבית. בזמן ששניהן עומדין בקלקלה
20 האיש קודם לאשה. 8 ט׳ כהן קודם ללוי לוי לישראל ישראל לממזר ממזר
לנתין. נתין לגר. וגר לעבד משוחרר. אימתי בזמן שכולן שוין. אבל אם
היה ממזר תלמיד חכם וכהן גדול עם הארץ ממזר תלמיד חכם קודם לכהן גדול
עם הארץ׃
