משלשתן יצא. 8 י׳ רבן שמעון בן גמליאל אומר הביא שלש בהמות
ולא פירש הראויה לחטאת תיקרב חטאת. לעולה תיקרב עולה. לשלמים
תיקרב שלמים. היה נוטל שער ראש נזרו ומשלח תחת הדוד. ואם גילח
5 במדינה משלח תחת הדוד. במה דברים אמורים בתגלחת הטהרה אבל בתגלחת
הטומאה לא היה משלח תחת הדוד. רבי מאיר אומר הכל משלחין תחת הדוד
חוץ מן הטמא שבמדינה בלבד. 9 יא׳ היה מבשל את השלמים או
שולקן וכהן נוטל את הזרוע בשלה מן האיל וחלת מצה אחת מן הסל ורקיק
מצה אחד ונתן על כפי הנזיר ומניפן ואחר כך הותר הנזיר לשתות ביין וליטמא
10 למתים. רבי שמעון אומר כיון שנזרק עליו אחד מן הדמים הותר הנזיר לשתו׳ לשתות
ביין ולהיטמא למתים. 10 יב׳ גילח על זבח ונמצא פסול תגלחתו
פסולה וזבחיו לא עלו לו. גילח על החטאת שלא לשמה ואחר כך הביא
קרבנתיו לשמה תגלחתו לשמה פסולה וזבחיו לא עלו לו. גילח על העולה
ועל השלמים שלא לשמן ואחר כך הביא קרבנותיו לשמן תגלחתו פסולה וזבחיו
15 לאעלו לו. רבי שמעון אומר אותו הזבח לא עלה לו ושאר כל הזבחים עלו לו.
ואם גילח על שלשתן ונמצא אחד מהן כשר תגלחתו כשרה ויביא שאר הזבחי׳ הזבחים .
11 יג׳ מי שנזרק עליו אחד מן הדמים וניטמא רבי אליעזר אומר סתר
את הכל. וחכמים אומרים יביא שאר קרבנותיו ויטהר אמרו לו מעשה במרים
התדמורית שנזרק עליה אחד מן הדמים ובאו ואמרו לה על בתה שהיא מסכנת
20 והלכה ומצאתה שמתה ואמרו חכמים תביא שאר קרבנות ותטהר.
