1השוכר את האומנין והטעו זה את זה אין להן זה על זה

25 לעלות פשתנו מן המשרה וכל דבר שהוא אבד וחזרו בהן מקו׳ מקום שאין אדם שוכר
עליהן או מטען. 2 ב׳ השוכר את האומנין וחזרו בהן ידן לתחתונה.
אם בעל הבית חזר בו ידו לתחתונה. כל המשנה ידו לתחתונה וכל החוזר בו
ידו לתחתונה. 3 ג׳ השוכר את החמו׳ החמור להוליכה בהר והוליכה בבקעה.
בבקעה והוליכה בהר אפילו זו עשרה מילין וזו עשרה מילין ומתה חייב לשלם.
30 שכר את החמור והבריקה או שנישאת באנגריא או׳ אומר לו הרי שלך לפניך. מתה או
נשברה חייב להעמיד לו חמור. ד׳ השוכר את החמור להוליכה בהר והוליכה
בבקעה אם החליקה פטור ואם הוחמה חייב. בבקעה והוליכה בהר אם החליקה
חייב ואם הוחמה פטור. ואם מחמת המעלה חייב. 4 ה׳ השוכר את הפר׳ הפרה לחרוש
בהר. וחרש בבקעה ונשבר הקנקן פטור. בבקע׳ בבקעה וחרש בהר ונשבר הקנקן חייב.
35 לדוש בקטנית ודש בתבואה פטור. בתבואה ודש בקטנית חייב שהקטנית
מחלקת. 5 ו׳ השוכר את החמור להביא חיטין והביא שעורין תבואה והביא
תבן חייב. כמה יוסיף על משואו ויהא חייב סומכוס אומר משום רבי מאיר סאה
לגמל ושלשת קבין לחמור. 6 ז׳ כל האומנין שומרי שכר וכולן שאמרו
הבא מעות וטול את שלך שומר חנם. שמר לי ואשמר לך שומר שכר. שמר לי

8 ח׳ המעביר חבית ממקום למקום נשברה בין שומר חנם בין שומר
שכר יישבע. אמר רבי אליעזר תמיה אני אם יכולין זה וזה להישבע׃
