Transcription
משילין פירות דרך ארובה ביום טוב. ומכסין את הפירו׳ הפירות בכלים מפני הדלף. וכן כדי יין וכן כדי שמן. ונותנין כלי תחת הדלף בשבת.
2ב׳ כל שהוא משום שבות משום רשות משום מצוה חייבין עליו ביום טוב. אילו הן משום שבות לא עולין באילן 25 ולא רוכבין על גבי בהמה ולא שטין על פני המים ולא מספקין ולא מטפחין ולא מרקדין. אילו הן משום רשות לא דנין ולא מקדשין לא חולצין ולא מייבמין. אילו הן משום מצוה לא מקדישין ולא מעריכין ולא מחרימין ולא מגביהין תרומה ומעשרות ביום טוב. כל אילו ביום טוב אמרו קל וחומר לשבת אין בין יום טוב לשבת אלא אוכל נפש בלבד.
3ג׳ הבהמה והכלים כרגלי הבעלים. המוסר 30 בהמתו לבנו או לרועה הרי הוא כרגליו. כלים המיוחדין לאחד מן האחים שבבית הרי הן כרגליו ושאין מיוחדין הרי אילו במקום שהולכין.
4ד׳ השואל כלים מחברו מערב יום טוב כרגלי השואל. ביו׳ ביום טוב כרגלי המשאיל. האשה ששאלה מחבירתה תבלין ומים ומלח לעיסתה הרי אילו כרגלי שתיהן. רבי יהודה פוטר במים מפני שאין בו ממש.
5ה׳ הגחלת כרגלי הבעלים. והשלהבת בכל 35 מקום. הגחלת של הקדש אין מועלין בה. והשלהבת לא נהנין ולא מועלין. ו׳ בור של יחיד כרגלי יחיד ושל אנשי העיר כרגלי אנשי אותה העיר. ושל עולי בבל כרגלי הממלא.
6ז׳ מי שהיו פירותיו בעיר אחרת ועירבו בני אותה העי׳ העיר לבוא אצלו לא יביאו לו מפירותיו. ואם עירב הו׳ הוא הרי פירותיו כמוהו.
7ח׳ מי שזימן אצלו אורחין לא יוליכו בידם מנות אלא אם כן זיכה להן אחד 40 במנותיהן מערב יום טוב. אין משקין ושוחטין את המדבריו׳ המדבריות אבל משקין ושוחטין את הבייתות. אילו הן הבייתות הלנות בעיר. מדבריות הלנות באפר׃
