ורבי יהודה אוסר. אמר רבי יהודה מעשה ואסר עלי רבי טרפון ביצים שנתבשלו
בתוכו. אמרו לו וכן הדבר אימתי בזמן שאמר בשר זה עלי. אבל הנודר מן
הדבר ונתערב באחר אם יש בו בנותן טעם הרי זה אסור. 7 י׳ הנודר
5 מן היין מותר בתבשיל שיש בו טעם יין. אמר קונם יין זה שאיני טועם ונפל
לתבשיל אם יש בו בנותן טעם הרי זה אסור. יא׳ הנודר מן
הענבים מותר ביין ומן הזיתים מותר בשמן. אמר קונם זתים וענבים אילו שאיני
טועם אסור בהן וביוצא מהן. 8 יב׳ הנודר מן התמרים מותר בדבש
תמרים. מן הסיתווניות מותר בחומץ סיתווניות. רבי יהודה בן בתירה אומר כל
10 ששם תולדתו קרויה עליו ונדר הימינו אסור אף ביוצא ממנו. וחכמים מתירין.
9 יג׳ הנודר מן היין מותר ביין תפוחים. מן השמן מותר בשמן שומשמין.
ומן הדבש מותר בדבש תמרים. מן החומץ מותר בחומץ סיתווניות. מן
הכרישין מותר בקפלוטות מן הירק מותר בירקות שדה מפני שהוא שם לוויי.
10 יד׳ הנודר מן הכרוב אסור באיספרגוס. מן האיספרגוס מותר בכרוב.
15 מן הגריסים אסור במקפה ורבי יוסי מתיר. מן המקפה מותר בגריסין.
טו׳ מן המקפה אסור בשום ורבי יוסי מתיר. מן השום מותר במקפה.
יו׳ מן העדשים אסור באשישים ורבי יוסי מתיר. מן האשישים
מותר בעדשים. יז׳ חיטה חיטים שאיני טועם אסור בהן בין קמח
בין פת. גריס גריסין שאיני טועם אסור בהן בין חיין בין מבושלין. רבי יהודה
20 אומר קונם גריס וחיטה שאיני טועם מותר לכוס חיים׃
