בגפנים והקוצץ בקנים רבי יוסי הגלילי אומר ירחיק טפח. ורבי עקיבה או׳ אומר קוצץ

בשביעי׳ בשביעית לא שיעלה אלא שלא יוסיף. 7 ז׳ מאימתי אוכלין פירו׳ פירות האילן בשביעי׳ בשביעית
5 הפגים משהזריחו אוכל בהן פיתו בשדה. ביחילו כונס לתוך ביתו וכן כיוצא
בהן בשאר שני שבוע חייבין במעשרות. 8הבוסר משהביא מים אוכל בו פיתו
בשדה. הבאיש כונס לתוך ביתו. וכן כיוצא בו בשאר שני שבוע חייבין
במעשרות. 9 ח׳ זיתים שהכניסו רביעית לסאה פוצע ואוכל בשדה
הכניסו חצי לוג כותש וסך בשדה. הכניסו שליש כותש בשדה וכונס לתוך ביתו
10 וכן כיוצא בהן בשאר שני שבוע חייבין במעשרות ושאר כל פירו׳ פירות האילן כעונתן
למעשרות כך עונתן לשביעית. 10 ט׳ מאימתי אין קוצצין את האילן
בשביעית בית שמאי אומרים כל האילן משיוציא. ובית הלל אומרים החרובים
משישלשלו והגפנים משיגרעו והזיתים משיניצו ושאר כל האילן משיוציא.
וכל האילן כיון שבא לעונת המעשרות מותר לקוצצו וכמה יהא בזית ולא יקצינו
