1המפקיד אצל חבירו בהמה או כלי׳ כלים ונגבנו או שאבדו
שילם ולא רצה לישבע שהרי אמרו שומר
חנם נשבע ויוצא. נמצא הגנב משלם
50 תשלומי כפל. טבח ומבר משלם תשלומי ארבעה וחמשה. למי הוא משלם
