המצניע לזרע לדוגמא ולרפואה הוציאו בשבת חייב 30 עליו בכל שהוא. וכל אדם אין חייבין עליו אלא כשיעורו. חזר והכניסו אינו חייב אלא כשיעורו.
2ב׳ המוציא אוכלין ונתנן על האסקופה בין שחזר והוציאם בין שהוציאם אחר פטור מפני שלא עשה מלאכתו בבת אחת. קופה שהיא מליאה פירות ונתונה על האסקופה החיצונה אף על פי שרוב הפירות מבחוץ 35 פטור עד שיוציא את כל הקופה.
3ג׳ המוציא בין בימינו בין בשמאלו בתוך חיקו או על כתיפו חייב שכן משא בני קחת. לאחר ידו ברגלו וכפיו ובמרפקו באזנו ובשערו ובאפונדתו ופיה למטה בין אפונדתו לחלוקו ובחפת חלוקו במנעלו ובסנדלו פטור שלא הוציא כדרך המוציאין׃
4ד׳ המתכוין להוציא לפניו ובא לו לאחריו פטור. 40 לאחריו ובא לו לפניו חייב. באמת האשה החוגרת בסינר בין מלפניה בין מלאחריה חייבת שכן ראוי להיות חוזר. רבי יהודה אומר אף במקבלי פיטקין כן.
5ה׳ המוציא אוכלין פחות מכשיעור בכלי פטור אף על הכלי שהכלי טפילה לו. את החי במיטה פטור אף על המיטה שהמיטה טפילה לו. את המת במיטה חייב. וכן כזית מן המת וכזית מן הנבילה וכעדשה 45 מן השרץ חייבין. ורבי שמעון פוטר. ו׳ המוציא ככר ברשות הרבים חייב. הוציאוהו שנים פטורין. לא יכול אחד להוציאו והוציאוהו שנים חייבין. ורבי שמעון פוטר.
6ז׳ הנוטל צפרניו זו בזו או בשיניו וכן שערו וכן שפמו וכן זקנו וכן הגודלת וכן הכוחלת וכן הפוקסת רבי אליעזר מחייב חטאת. וחכמים אומרים משום שבות. התולש מעציץ נקוב 50 חייב ושאינו נקוב פטור. ורבי שמעון פטור בזה ובזה׃
