והחיצון לסייג הפנימי חייב והחיצון פטור. 2 ב׳ עת שבאו אבתינו
לארץ ומצאו נטוע פטור. נטעו אף על פי שלא כיבישו חייב. הנוטע לרבים
15 חייב. רבי יודה פוטר. הנוטע ברשות הרבים והנכרי שנטע והגזלן שנטע
והנוטע בספינה והעולה מאיליו חייב בערלה. 3 ג׳ אילן שנעקר
והסלע עמו אם יכול לחיות פטור ואם לאו חייב. נעקר הסלע מצידו זיעזעתו
המחרישה או שזיעזעתו ועשאו כעפר אם יכול לחיות פטור. ואם לאו חייב.

אומר הסמדר אסור מפני שהוא פרי. רבי ליעזר אומר המעמר בשרף הערלה
30 אסור. אמר רבי יהושע שמעתי כפי׳ כפירוש שהמעמר בשרף העלים ובשרף העיקרים
מותר. בשרף הפגים אסור מפני שהוא פרי. 8 ח׳ ענקוקלות והחרצנים
והזגין והתמד שלהן קליפי רימון והנץ שלו קליפי אגוזי׳ אגוזים והגרעיני׳ והגרעינים אסורין בערלה
ובאשירה ובנזיר. ומותרין ברבעי והנובלות כולן אסורות. 9 ט׳ רבי
יוסי אומר נוטעין ייחור של ערלה. ואין נוטעין אגוז של ערלה מפני שהוא פרי.
35 ואין מרכיבין בכפניות של ערלה׃
