שבדמאי השיתין והרימין והעזררין ובנות שוח ובנות שקמה ונובלות התמרה
והגופנן והנצפה וביהודה האוג וחומץ והכוסבר. רבי יהודה אומר כל
15 השיתים פטורות חוץ משל דיפרא וכל הרימין פטורין חוץ מרימי שיקמה וכל
בנות שיקמה פטורות חוץ מן המסוטפות. 2 ב׳ הדמאי אין לו חומש ואין
לו ביעור ונאכל לאונן ונכנס לירושלם ויוצא ומאבדין את מיעוטו בדרכי׳ בדרכים ונותנו
לעם הארץ ואוכלו כנגדו ומחלל אותו כסף על כסף ונחושת על נחושת כסף
על נחושת ונחושת על הפירו׳ הפירות ובלבד שיחזור ויפדה את הפירו׳ הפירות דברי ר׳׳מרבי מאיר . וחכמי׳ וחכמים
20 אומ׳ אומרים יעלו הפירות ויאכלו בירושלם. 3 ג׳ הלוקח לזרע ולבהמ׳ ולבהמה קמח לעורות
ושמן לנר שמן לסוך בו את הכלים פטור מן הדמאי מן גזיב ולהלן פטו׳ פטור מן הדמאי
חלת עם הארץ והמדומע והלקוח בכסף מעשר שירי מנחות פטורין מן הדמאי.
ושמן ערב בית שמאי מחייבין. ובית הלל פוטרין. 4 ד׳ הדמאי מערבין
בו ומשתתפין בו מברכין עליו ומזמנין עליו ומפרישין אותו ערום בין השמשות.
25 ואם הקדים מעשר שני לראשון אין בכך כלום. שמן שהגירדי סך באצבעותיו
חייב בדמאי. ושהסורק נותן בצמר פטור מן הדמאי.
