מזכירין גבורות גשמים בתחיית המתים ושואלין את הגשמים בברכת השנים והבדלה בחונן הדעת. ר׳ רבי עקיבה או׳ אומר אומרה ברכה רביעית בפני עצמה. ר׳ רבי יהושע או׳ אומר בהודאה.
3האומ׳ האומר על קן ציפור יגיעו רחמיך ועל טוב ייזכר שמך מודים מודים משתקין אותו. העובר 25 לפני התיבה וטעה יעבור אחר תחתיו. ולא יהא סרבן באותה שעה. ומניין הוא מתחיל מתחילת ברכה שטעה זה.
4העובר לפני התיבה לא יענה אחר הכהנים אמן מפני הטירוף. ואם אין שם כהן אלא הוא לא ישא את כפיו. ואם הבטחתו שהוא נושא את כפיו וחוזר לתפילתו רשאי.
5המתפלל וטעה סימן רע לו. ואם שליח ציבור הוא סימן רע לשולחיו מפני ששלוחו שלאדם כמותו. אמרו עליו על ר׳ רבי חנינא בן דוסא שהיה מתפלל על החולים ואמ׳ ואמר זה חי וזה מת. אמרו לו מניין אתה 30 יודע. אמ׳ אמר להן אם שגרה תפילתי בפי יודע אני שהוא מקובל. ואם לאו יודע אני שהוא מטורף.
