1אילו הן הלוקין הבא על אחותו ועל אחות אביו ועל אחות אמו ועל אחות אשתו ועל אשת
25 אחיו ועל אשת אחי אביו ועל הנידה אלמנה לכהן גדול גרושה וחלוצה לכהן הדיוט. אלמנה
וגרושה חייבין עליה משום שני שמות. גרושה וחלוצה אינו חייב אלא משום שם אחד
בלבד. 2 ב׳ הטמא שאכל את הקודש והבא ע אל המקדש טמא
האוכל חלב ודם ונותר ופיגול וטמא השוחט והמעלה בחוץ והאוכל חמץ בפסח. והאוכל
והעושה מלאכה ביום הכיפורים. והמפטם את השמן והמפטם את הקטורת והסך בשמן
30 המשחה והאוכל נבילות וטריפות שקצים ורמשים. אכל טבל ומעשר ראשון שלא ניטלו
תרומתו ומעשר שיני והקדש שלא נפדו. כמה יאכל מן הטבל ויהא חייב ר׳ רבי שמעון או׳ אומר כל
שהוא. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים כזית. אמ׳ אמר להן ר׳ רבי שמעון אין אתם מודין לי באוכל נבילה כל שהוא שהוא
חייב. אמרו לו מפני שהוא כברייתה. אמ׳ אמר להן אף חיטה אחת כברייתה. 3 ג׳
האוכל ביכורים עד שלא קרא עליהן. קדשי קדשים חוץ לקלעים. קדשים קלין ומעשר
35 שיני חוץ לחומה. השובר את העצם בפסח טהור הרי זה לוקה ארבעים. אבל המותיר והשובר
בטמא אינו לוקה ארבעים. 4 ד׳ הנוטל אם על הבנים ר׳ רבי יהודה אומ׳ אומר
לוקה ואינו משלח. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים משלח ואינו לוקה. זה הכלל כל מצוה בלא תעשה שיש בה קום
ועשה אין חייבין עליה. 5 ה׳ הקורח קרחה בראשו והמקיף פאת
