1כהן גדול ונזיר אינן מיטמאין בקרוביהן. היו מהלכין בדרך ומצאו מת מצוה ר׳ רבי אליעזר אומ׳ אומר
25 יטמא כהן גדול ואל ייטמא נזיר. וחכמ׳ וחכמים אומ׳ אומרים ייטמא נזיר ואל יטמא כהן גדול. אמ׳ אמר להן ר׳ רבי
אליעזר ייטמא כהן שאינו מביא קרבן על טומאתו ואל ייטמא נזיר שמביא קרבן על טומאתו
אמרו לו ייטמא כהן נזיר שקדושתו קדושת שעה ואל ייטמא כהן שקדושתו קדושת עולם.
2 ב׳ על אילו הטמאות הנזיר מגלח על המת ועל כזית מן המת ועל
כזית נצל ועל מלא תרווד רקב ועל השזרה ועל הגולגולת ועל אבר מן המת ועל אבר מן החי
30 שיש עליהם בשר כראוי ועל חצי קב עצמות ועל חצי לוג דם ועל מגען ועל משאן ועל
אהילן. ועל עצם כשעורה ועל מגעו ועל משאו ועל אהילו על אילו הנזיר מגלח ומזה בש
בשלישי ובשביעי וסותר את הקודמים ואינו מתחיל למנות עד שיטהר ויביא את קרבנתיו.
3 ג׳ אבל הסככות והפרעות ובית הפרס וארץ העמים והגולל והדופק

4 ד׳ ר׳ רבי אלעזר אמ׳ אמר משום ר׳ רבי יהושע כל טומאה מן המת שהנזיר מגלח
עליה חייבין עליה על ביאת מקדש. וכל טומאה מן המת שאין הנזיר מגלח עליה אין חייבין
עליה על ביאת המקדש. אמ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי מאיר לא תהא זו קלה מן השרץ. אמ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי עקיבה דנתי לפני ר׳ רבי
