שמונה שרצים האמורין בתורה הצדן והחובל בהן חייב. ושאר שקצים ורמשים החובל בהן פטור הצדן לצורך חייב ושלא לצורך פטור. חיה ועוף שברשותו הצדן פטור והחובל בהן חייב. 1_184v
2ב׳ אין עושין הילמי בשבת אבל עושה הוא מי מלח וטובל בהן פיתו ונותן הוא לתוך התבשיל. אמ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי יוסי והלא היא הילמי בין מרובה בין מועטת. ואילו הן מי מלח המותרין נותן שמן בתחילה לתוך המים או לתוך המלח.
3ג׳ אין אוכלין איזוביון בשבת לפי שאינו מאכל 5 בריאים אבל אוכל הוא את יועזר ושותה אבוב רואה. כל האוכלין אוכל אדם לרפואה וכל המשקין הוא שותה חוץ ממי דקרין וכוס העיקרין מפני שהן לירוקה. אבל שותה הוא מי דקרין לצמע או וסך שמן עיקרין שלא לרפואה.
4ד׳ החושש בשיניו לא יגמע בהן חומץ אבל מטבל הוא כדרכו ואם נתרפא נתרפא. החושש במתניו לא יסוך יין וחומץ אבל סך הוא את השמן ולא שמן וורד בני מלכים סכין על גבי מתניהםמכותיהם שמן וורד שכן דרך שכן דרך בני מלכים לסוך בחול. ר׳ רבי שמעון או׳ אומר כל ישראל בני מלכים. 10
