6ו׳ הריני נזיר מיכן ועד מקום פל׳ פלוני אומדין כמה ימים מיכן ועד מקום פלו׳ פלוני פחות משלשים יום נזיר שלשים יום ואם לאו נזיר כמיניין הימים.
7ז׳ הריני נזיר כמיניין ימות השנה מונה נזירות כמיניין ימות השנה. אמ׳ אמר ר׳ רבי יהודה מעשה 5 היה וכיון שהשלים מת.
