הרי אילו אסורין מפני שכיוצא בהן נעבד. 3 ג׳ המוצא כלים
ועליהן צורת חמה צורת לבנה צורת הדרקון יוליכם לים המלח. ר׳ש׳ב׳ג׳ רבן שמעון בן גמליאל או׳ אומר על המכובדים

בתורתכם ולא ידבק בידך מאומה מן החרם. ומפני מה אתה רוחץ במרחץ שלאפרודיטי

העובדים את ההרים ואת הגבעות הם מותרין ומה שעליהן אסורין שנ׳ שנאמר לא תחמוד כסף וזהב
עליהם ולקחת לך. ר׳ רבי יוסי הגלילי או׳ אומר אלהיהם על ההרים ולא ההרים אלהיהם. אלהיהם על
הגבעות ולא הגבעות אלהיהם. מפני מה אשירה אסורה מפני שיש בה תפושת ידי אדם.
